  • 0.3 cup chili powder

  • 1.5 teaspoons kosher salt as needed plus more
  • pounds ground beef lean
  • 0.3 cup to 2 chilies slit green drained coarsely chopped
  • medium bell pepper red
  • servings spring onion thinly sliced
  • servings cheddar cheese shredded
  • servings cream sour
  • tablespoons vegetable oil

Directions
