  • 14 ounce canned tomatoes diced canned
  • cups chicken stock see 
  • teaspoons chili powder 
  • tablespoon garlic minced
  •  bell pepper green sliced thin
  • tablespoon ground cumin 
  • 0.3 teaspoon ground pepper black
  •  jalapeno minced to taste ( )
  • tablespoons juice of lemon 
  • large onion chopped
  •  bell pepper red sliced thin
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • cups turkey smoked shredded
  • cups vegetable juice (such as V-8®)
  • tablespoon vegetable oil

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large, heavy-bottomed pot over high heat. Cook and stir onion, green bell pepper, and red bell pepper in hot oil until softened, 2 to 3 minutes.
