Ingredients

  • medium avocado cut into bite-size pieces
  • 15 ounce black beans rinsed drained canned
  • 0.3 teaspoon chipotle chili powder 
  • 0.5 cup wish-bone® dressing italian divided
  • medium mangos cut into bite-size pieces
  • small onion cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices
  • cups spring salad mix 
  • pound chicken breast halves boneless skinless

Directions

  1. Combine 1/4 cup Wish-Bone® Italian Dressing with chipotle chile pepper in small bowl.
  2. Brush chicken and onion with dressing mixture.
  3. Grill or broil chicken and onion, turning once, 10 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked and onion is tender; thinly slice chicken.
  4. Arrange spring salad mix on serving platter. Top with beans, mango, avocado, onion and chicken. Just before serving, drizzle with remaining 1/4 cup Dressing.
