  • tablespoon pepper black freshly ground
  • 0.5 cup cilantro leaves fresh finely chopped
  • teaspoon ginger root fresh minced
  • tablespoons garlic minced
  •  chile peppers fresh diced green
  • tablespoon ground cumin 
  • tablespoon ground mustard dry
  • pounds pd of ground turkey lean
  • 0.3 cup soya sauce low sodium
  • tablespoons paprika 
  • medium onion diced red
  • teaspoon salt 
  • dash worcestershire sauce

Directions

  1. Preheat the grill for high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix the ground turkey, garlic, ginger, chile peppers, red onion, cilantro, salt, soy sauce, black pepper, paprika, mustard, cumin, and Worcestershire sauce. Form the mixture into 8 burger patties.
  3. Lightly oil the grill grate.
  4. Place turkey burgers on the grill, and cook 5 to 10 minutes per side, until well done.
