  • 10 Oz pkt spinach frozen thawed chopped
  •  garlic cloves minced
  • cup yogurt low fat (I Used Yogurt)
  • cup milk 2% (I Used )
  • Tablespoons oil 
  •  onion finely chopped

Directions

  1. Heat oil in a skillet.
  2. Add the onion, salt and garlic and cook for 2 minutes.Now add the curry powder and cook for another 1 minute.
  3. Add yogurt, milk, thawed spinach and the drained chickpeas and let it simmer until all the flavors blend together.
