- 10 ounce pkt spinach frozen thawed chopped
- 0.3 teaspoon seasonings dried italian
- 0.8 cup parmesan cheese freshly grated
- 1 cup part-skim ricotta cheese
- 0.8 cup portabello mushrooms chopped
- 1 pinch salt and pepper to taste
- 0.5 cup scallions with some green tops finely chopped
