  • 1.5 cups greek yogurt plain 2%
  • 22 ounce baby spinach 
  • 0.5 cup cilantro leaves fresh finely chopped
  •  garlic clove finely grated
  • servings kosher salt 
  • tablespoons olive oil extra virgin extra-virgin divided
