  • tablespoon dijon mustard 
  • tablespoon olive oil extravirgin
  • 0.5 cup green onions thinly sliced
  • 0.3 cup maple syrup 
  • 0.5 cup bell pepper red finely chopped
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt
