  •  avocado cut into 1-inch pieces
  • teaspoon dijon mustard 
  • 0.3 cup optional: dill fresh chopped
  • tablespoons honey 
  • 0.5 cup olive oil 
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper freshly ground
  • 0.3 cup red wine vinegar 
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • small shallots finely chopped
  • pt strawberries fresh sliced
  • oz watercress

Directions
