Ingredients

  • tablespoons hendrick's gin 
  • slices spring onion very thin
  • cup ice cubes 
  • 1.5 tablespoons juice of lemon fresh
  •  parsley fresh italian
  • teaspoons pearl onions 
  •  pearl onions 
  • tablespoon simple syrup glaze 
  • tablespoon grape juice white

  • wooden spoon

Directions

  1. Using muddler or handle of wooden spoon, mash parsley in cocktail shaker.
  2. Add gin and next 6 ingredients. Cover; shake vigorously.
  3. Pour contents (including ice) into tall glass or strain into glass.
  4. Mix in Pickled Pearl Onions.
