  • teaspoon olive oil 
  • cups pre onion 
  • 2.4 ounce provolone cheese cut in half reduced-fat
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • 10 ounce hoagie rolls with sesame seeds
  • 0.8 pound top round steak trimmed cut into thin strips
  • teaspoons worcestershire sauce

Directions

  1. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic to pan; saut 3 minutes.
  3. Add mushrooms to pan; saut 4 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle beef with salt and black pepper.
  5. Add beef to pan; saut 3 minutes or until browned, stirring occasionally. Stir in Worcestershire sauce; cook 1 minute.
  6. Place 1 cheese slice half on bottom half of each roll, and top each serving with one-fourth of beef mixture. Top with remaining cheese slice halves and tops of rolls.
