Ingredients

  •  baking potatoes cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • tablespoons beef bouillon granules 
  •  carrots sliced
  • rib celery chopped
  • 0.3 cup flour all-purpose
  • small onions chopped
  • cup peas sweet green frozen
  • teaspoons pepper 
  • ounce tomato paste canned
  • pound top round steak cut into 1-inch cubes
  • tablespoons vegetable oil 
  • cups water 
  • 16 ounce kernel corn whole drained canned

Directions

  1. Toss together steak and flour.
  2. Brown steak in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 5 to 6 minutes.
  3. Stir together steak, 4 cups water, and remaining ingredients in a 5-quart slow cooker.
  4. Cook, covered, at HIGH 8 hours or until vegetables are tender.
