  • 25 dates - into half split red ( 18) (weighed without seeds)
  • Tbs goji berries 
  • tsp soya sauce light
  • dashes pepper powder white
  • 0.3 tsp salt 
  • tsp sesame oil 
  • Tbs rice wine
