  • 0.3 lb chorizo dried spanish cut into 1/4-inch dice (spicy cured pork sausage)
  • 0.5 teaspoon cumin seeds 
  • 0.8 cup wine dry white
  • tablespoons cilantro leaves fresh
  •  garlic clove minced
  • lb littleneck clams scrubbed (2 inches wide)
  • tablespoons olive oil 
  • medium onion chopped
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  •  bell pepper yellow chopped
