  • cups broccoli florets 
  • cups rice long-grain hot cooked
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper red crushed
  • teaspoons sesame oil dark
  • 0.5 cup less-sodium chicken broth fat-free
  • tablespoon ginger fresh minced peeled
  •  garlic cloves minced
  • 0.5 cup green onions chopped
  • tablespoons soya sauce low-sodium
  • pound pork tenderloin cut into thin slices
  • 0.5 cup dry-roasted cashews chopped
  • tablespoon sugar 
  • cups onion sweet vertically sliced

Directions

  1. Place a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat.
  2. Add sweet onion; cook 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Remove the sweet onion from pan; place in a bowl. Recoat pan with cooking spray.
  4. Add broccoli; stir-fry 3 minutes.
  5. Add broccoli to sweet onion. Recoat pan with cooking spray.
  6. Add pork and red pepper; stir-fry 4 minutes or until pork loses its pink color. Reduce heat. Stir in the green onions, sugar, ginger, and garlic, and cook 30 seconds, stirring constantly. Stir in onion mixture, chicken broth, soy sauce, and cashews; cook 1 minute.
  7. Drizzle with sesame oil.
  8. Serve with rice.
