  • cloves garlic minced
  • Tbs ginger grated
  • tsp soya sauce light
  • Tbs oyster sauce 
  • 280 fatty pork thinly sliced
  • dashes pepper powder white
  • tsp sesame oil 
  • Tbs rice wine 
  • 25 fungus - soaked in warm water until dried black softened cut into small pieces ( 30 mins)
