Ingredients

  • cup brown rice long-grain uncooked
  • 0.5 cup lite house dressing italian kraft
  • Tbsp oil 
  • 10 oz torn salad greens 
  • lb chicken breasts boneless skinless cut into thin strips
  • Tbsp soya sauce 
  • cups cut-up vegetables mixed fresh red (broccoli, carrots, pea pods and peppers)

Directions

  1. Cook rice as directed on package, omitting butter and salt.
  2. Meanwhile, heat oil in large skillet on medium heat.
  3. Add chicken; cook and stir 4 min. or until done.
  4. Add vegetables; cook and stir 2 min. or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
  5. Mix dressing and soy sauce until blended. Toss salad greens with chicken mixture and rice in large bowl.
  6. Serve with dressing mixture.
