  • 1500 milliliter rose hips dry chilled (such as Côtes de Provence)
  • 16 servings seltzer water 
  • 0.5  vanilla pod halved lengthwise

Directions

  1. Peel stone fruit.Halve, pit, and coarsely chop.
  2. Place chopped fruit in a mini-processoror blender; add lemon juice. Purée untilsmooth.
  3. Transfer to a large pitcher or jar.
  4. Add rosé and elderflower liqueurto fruit purée in pitcher; scrape in seedsfrom vanilla bean; add bean. Halve and pitall stone fruit.
  5. Cut fruit, except cherries, into1/2" wedges.
  6. Add all fruit to pitcher. Chill forat least 1 hour and up to 2 days.
  7. Fill glasses with ice; pour in sangria andfruit to fill glasses 2/3 full. Top with sparklingwater. Stir and serve.
