  • cups whipped cream low-fat
  • tablespoons pistachios toasted chopped
  • 1.3 cups strawberries sliced
  • cups strawberries quartered
  • tablespoons sugar 
  • 0.3 cup triple sec orange-flavored ( liqueur)
