Strawberry-Basil Yogurt Cooler - Lassi

Ingredients

• 1 pinch pepper black generous freshly ground
• 2 leaves basil fresh plus more for garnish
• 1 pinch salt 
• 2 cups strawberries fresh thawed
• 2 tablespoons sugar to taste
• 0.3 cup water 
• 0.5 cup yogurt greek-style (2 percent)

Directions

1. Whizz all of the ingredients together in blender.
2. Pour into serving glasses and garnish with small basil leaves.
