  • box brownie mix 
  • serving vegetable oil for on brownie mix box
  • 0.5 cup banana mashed
  • 0.5 cup strawberries fresh thawed ()
  • 3.5 cups powdered sugar 
  • 0.5 cup butter softened
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla 
  • serving strawberries fresh sliced

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350° F (325° F for dark or nonstick pan). Grease or spray bottom of 13x9-inch pan.
  2. Make brownie batter as directed on box; stir in bananas.
  3. Spread into pan.
  4. Bake 24 to 26 minutes or until toothpick inserted 2 inches from side of pan comes out almost clean. Cool completely.
  5. In food processor, process strawberries until pureed. In medium bowl, beat powdered sugar, strawberries, butter and vanilla with electric mixer on low speed until smooth.
  6. Spread over cooled brownies.
  7. Garnish with strawberry slices, if desired.
