Ingredients

  • cubes beef bouillon cubes 
  • 0.3 cup brown sugar packed
  • 29 ounce tomato sauce canned
  • 29 ounce canned tomatoes diced canned
  • cups rice white cooked
  •  bell pepper green chopped
  • pounds ground beef 
  • teaspoon ground pepper black
  • teaspoons salt 
  • tablespoon soya sauce

Directions

  1. In a Dutch oven brown beef over medium high heat.
  2. Drain off any fat.
  3. Add the peppers to the browned meat and saute for 3 minutes.
  4. Stir in the tomato sauce, diced tomatoes with juice, bouillon cubes, brown sugar, salt, pepper and soy sauce. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 30 to 45 minutes. Stir in rice and heat through.
