  • 0.3 cup butter melted
  • tablespoons butter softened
  •  eggs 
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon 
  • 0.5 cup milk 
  • cup apples red unpeeled thinly sliced
  • tablespoons sugar 
  • cups frangelico 
  • cups frangelico

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400F. Spray 9-inch square pan with cooking spray. In medium bowl, stir Bisquick mix, 2 tablespoons sugar, the milk, 2 tablespoons butter and egg until well blended.
  2. Spread batter evenly in pan.
  3. Arrange apple slices in 3 rows, overlapping slices slightly, on batter.
  4. Brush 1/4 cup melted butter over tops of apple slices.
  5. In small bowl, mix 2 tablespoons sugar and the cinnamon; sprinkle over apples.
  6. Bake 16 to 18 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Cool 15 minutes before serving.
  7. Cut with serrated knife into squares.
