  • tablespoon capers drained
  • 0.3 cup wine dry white
  • tablespoons basil fresh chopped
  • tablespoon olive oil 
  •  shallots chopped
  •  chicken breast halves boneless skinless
  • 1.5 cups tomatoes seeded chopped
