  • 1.5 cups cucumber peeled seeded chopped

  • 0.5 teaspoon tarragon dried
  • tablespoon olive oil extravirgin
  • 0.3 cup parsley fresh finely chopped
  •  garlic cloves minced
  • 0.3 teaspoon ground cumin 
  • teaspoon honey 
  • tablespoons juice of lemon fresh
  • tablespoons juice of lime fresh

  • 1.5 cups onion sweet chopped
  • tablespoons tarragon vinegar

  • cups vegetable juice chilled
