  • ounce baby spinach 
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper black
  • cups cherry tomatoes halved
  • cups farfalle pasta uncooked (bow tie pasta)
  • 0.3 cup optional: dill fresh chopped
  • tablespoons juice of lemon fresh
  • teaspoon lemon rind grated
  • 1.5 tablespoons olive oil extra-virgin
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • ounces salmon smoked cut into thin strips ( 8 slices)
  • tablespoons water cold

Directions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt and fat.
  2. Drain and rinse with cold water; drain.
  3. Combine pasta, tomatoes, dill, and spinach in a large bowl, tossing gently to combine.
  4. Combine lemon rind and next 5 ingredients (lemon rind through pepper) in a small bowl, stirring with a whisk.
  5. Drizzle over pasta mixture; toss gently to coat. Top with salmon.
