Ingredients

  • cups red wine sweet spanish
  • cups 1/4 cup dried cranberry (juice sweetened if possible) 
  • 1.5 cups cherries pitted
  • 1.5 cups raspberries fresh
  • 1.5 cups boysenberries fresh
  • cup rhubarb fresh thinly sliced
  •  cranberry-orange relish cut into thin slices
  •  lime cut into thin slices
  • cups ginger ale 

Equipment

    Directions

    1. Into large pitcher, pour wine and cranberry-raspberry juice.
    2. Add all fruit. Refrigerate 6 hours or overnight.
    3. Just before serving, add ginger ale to pitcher.
    4. Serve chilled.
