  •  cucumber diced
  • tablespoons olive oil extra virgin 
  • 1.5 tablespoons basil fresh chopped
  • 1.5 tablespoons mint leaves fresh chopped
  • medium size heirloom tomatoes red
  •  jalapeno minced seeded
  • 0.5 teaspoon kosher salt 
  • 1.5 cups orange juice fresh
  • cup peaches diced
  • tablespoon red wine vinegar 
  • cup strawberries diced
  • 0.3 cup onion sweet finely chopped
  • cup seeded/seedless watermelon diced seedless
