  • Tbsp basil fresh chopped
  • clove garlic peeled
  • 0.5 cup kalamata olives pitted chopped
  • oz philadelphia neufchatel cheese cubed softened ()
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese shredded kraft
  • oz sun-dried tomatoes 
  • 0.5 cup water boiling

Directions

  1. Pour boiling water over tomatoes in small bowl; let stand 10 min.
  2. Add tomatoes with liquid to food processor. Process 30 sec. or until tomatoes are finely chopped.
  3. Add Neufchatel and garlic; process 30 sec. or until blended. Spoon into medium bowl.
  4. Add olives, Parmesan and basil; mix well.
  5. Refrigerate 1 hour.
