Directions

  1. Place potatoes in a Dutch oven; cover with water. Cover and bring to a boil. Cook for 20-25 minutes or until very tender; drain well.
  2. In a large bowl, mash potatoes.
  3. Add the sour cream, cream cheese, 2 tablespoons butter, salt, onion salt and pepper; beat until fluffy.
  4. Transfer to a greased 2-qt. baking dish. Dot with the remaining butter.
  5. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 20-25 minutes or until heated through.
