  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper black
  • ounces seasoning cubes diced
  • cups egg substitute 
  • 0.5 cup skim milk fat-free
  • 0.5 cup spring onion thinly sliced
  • ounce cheddar cheese shredded reduced-fat
  • 0.5 cup and orange peppers diced
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 37
  2. Combine first 4 ingredients in a small bowl, stirring well with a whisk.
  3. Heat a medium nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Coat pan with cooking spray.
  4. Add ham, bell pepper, and onions; saut 2 minutes. Stir in egg mixture. Reduce heat to medium, and cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally for first 2 minutes. Top mixture with cheese. Wrap handle of pan with foil; bake at 375 for 12 minutes or until center is set.
  5. Cut frittata into 4 wedges.
