Ingredients

  • 0.5 tablespoon agave nectar light
  • 0.5 cup blueberries wild unsweetened frozen
  • 0.3 cup coconut water 
  • 0.5 cup pineapple cubes unsweetened frozen (such as Dole)
  • 0.3 cup ice cubes 
  • tablespoon juice of lime fresh
  • 0.5 cup mangos ripe cubed peeled
  • tablespoons açaí pulp frozen
  • tablespoons coconut or unsweetened flaked
  • 1.5 tablespoons water cold
  • tablespoon wheat germ toasted

Directions

  1. Pure first 4 ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  2. Pour into a chilled glass.
  3. Rinse blender, and pure mango with ice, lime juice, and wheat germ until smooth. Spoon over the blueberry mixture.
  4. Rinse blender again; pure pineapple with remaining ingredients until smooth. Spoon into glass over mango mixture; serve.
