  • 0.3 cup grey poupon dijon mustard 
  • lb ham boneless fully cooked
  • 0.5 cup orange marmalade 
  • oz peaches drained sliced chopped canned
  • Tbsp cooking sherry 
  • 0.3 cup water 

Equipment

  • aluminum foil

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325F.
  2. Mix marmalade, peaches, mustard and sherry; set aside.
  3. Remove wrapping from ham.
  4. Place ham in shallow baking pan.
  5. Add water to pan; cover tightly with foil.
  6. Bake 1-1/2 hours.
  7. Remove foil; spoon 1/2 cup of the marmalade mixture over entire surface of ham.
  8. Bake an additional 30 minutes or until heated through. Meanwhile, heat the remaining marmalade mixture.
  9. Serve with the sliced ham.
