  • tablespoon garlic minced
  • large green onions thinly sliced
  • tablespoon hoisin sauce 
  • tablespoon vegetable oil; peanut oil preferred 
  • tablespoon sesame oil 
  • 0.3 cup soya sauce 
  • teaspoons sugar white
