  • large carrots cut in half and in bite size chunks
  • teaspoon chicken bouillon granule instant
  •  chicken breasts 
  • cups rice hot cooked
  • 0.3 cup brown sugar dark firm packed
  • teaspoon cilantro leaves dried
  • tablespoons ginger fresh minced
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder 
  •  bell pepper green cut into cubes
  • medium onion chopped
  • ounces dole pineapple tidbits canned
  • tablespoons quick-cooking tapioca 
  • 0.3 cup red wine vinegar 
  • tablespoon soya sauce

Directions

  1. Put vegetables in bottom of crock pot.
  2. Sprinkle the quick cooking tapioca over the vegetables. 2
  3. Place chicken on top. 3
  4. Combine all other ingredients except cooked rice into a small mixing bowl; blend well.
  5. Pour over chicken.4 Cover and cook on Low for 8 to 10 hours.5 Before serving, make rice.
