  • tablespoon vegetable oil 
  • lb pork loin boneless cut into thin strips
  • 0.5 teaspoon highest available proof grain spirit 
  • 1.8 cups chicken broth (from 32-oz carton)
  • 0.5 cup soy sauce 
  • tablespoons chili sauce 
  • oz extra wide egg noodles uncooked
  • oz snow peas fresh
  • small bell pepper red cut into thin strips
  • 0.3 cup cashew pieces

Directions

  1. In 12-inch nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add pork to skillet; sprinkle with garlic-pepper blend. Cook 3 to 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until brown.
  3. Stir in broth, sweet-and-sour sauce and chili sauce.
  4. Heat to boiling. Stir in noodles. Cover and cook over medium heat 5 minutes.
  5. Stir in pea pods and bell pepper. Cover and cook 5 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables and noodles are tender.
