There is something undeniably comforting about a hearty meatloaf, but this Sweet and Spicy Meatloaf takes the classic dish to exciting new heights by infusing it with bold, zesty flavors that are perfect for modern palates. Imagine sinking your teeth into a tender loaf where the smoky depth of barbecue sauce meets the bright, tangy kick of salsa verde and fresh green chile peppers. This recipe is a delightful surprise because it cleverly utilizes crushed tortilla chips as a binder, adding an unexpected crunch and a rich, corn-based texture that elevates the traditional mushy interior into something far more interesting.
