  • 21 ounce lucky leaf® premium apple pie filling canned
  • 0.8 cup brown sugar packed
  • 0.3 cup canola oil 
  •  eggs beaten
  • teaspoons ground cinnamon 
  • servings milk 
  • cups old-fashioned oats 
  • teaspoon salt 
  • tablespoon vanilla

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a large bowl combine oats, brown sugar, cinnamon and salt. Stir in LUCKY LEAF Premium Apple Pie Filling.
  3. In a second large bowl stir together eggs, 3 cups milk, oil and vanilla. Stir egg mixture into oat mixture until combined.
  4. Pour mixture into a greased 3-quart rectangular baking pan.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 to 55 minutes or until oatmeal mixture is set.
  6. Serve warm in bowls with milk or half-and-half.
