Ingredients

  • teaspoon canola oil 
  • 0.3 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • tablespoon parsley fresh chopped
  •  garlic clove pressed
  • cup yogurt plain low-fat
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper 
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.5 cup cup heavy whipping cream light sour
  • 0.5 teaspoon sugar 
  • medium size onion sweet thinly sliced

Directions

  1. Cook onion and sugar in hot oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-low heat, stirring often, 15 to 20 minutes or until onions are caramel colored. Stir in garlic, and cook 1 more minute.
  2. Let cool 5 minutes; chop onions.
  3. Stir together caramelized onion mixture, yogurt, and remaining ingredients in a medium bowl. Cover and chill 30 minutes or until ready to serve.
