Ingredients

  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper black
  • 0.3 cup brown sugar packed
  • 0.5 cup apple cider vinegar 
  • tablespoons ginger fresh minced peeled
  • teaspoon ground allspice 
  • 0.3 teaspoon kosher salt 
  • tablespoon olive oil 
  • 0.5 cup orange juice fresh ( 1 orange)
  • cups peaches peeled chopped
  • cups onion red sliced
  • cups tomatoes chopped

Equipment

Directions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the onion, and saut for 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
  3. Add peaches, tomato, and ginger, and cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Add the vinegar and remaining ingredients, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer for 20 minutes.
  5. Place the peach mixture in a food processor, and process until smooth.
