  • 0.5 cup golden raisins coarsely chopped
  •  bell pepper green chopped
  •  green onions sliced
  • 0.5 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper 
  • tablespoons olive oil 
  • 0.5 cup olives spanish pitted quartered
  • teaspoon salt 
  • large tomatoes seeded chopped
  • tablespoon citrus champagne vinegar 
  •  bell pepper yellow chopped

  2. Add tomatoes and next 5 ingredients, tossing gently to combine.
  3. Let stand 15 minutes. Gently stir in basil just before serving.
