Ingredients

  • tablespoon butter melted
  • 12 ounce fries pepperidge farm® baked naturals® (any variety)
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground ginger 
  • 0.1 teaspoon nutmeg 
  • dash pepper black
  • tablespoon juice of lemon 
  • tablespoons maple syrup pure
  • tablespoons pecans toasted chopped
  • medium sweet potatoes and into

Directions

  1. Place the potatoes into a 3-quart saucepan and add water to cover.
  2. Heat over medium-high heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to medium and cook for 15 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
  3. Drain the potatoes well in a colander. Peel the potatoes. Return the potatoes to the saucepan. Mash the potatoes.
  4. Stir the potatoes, syrup, butter, lemon juice, ginger, nutmeg, black pepper and 3 tablespoons pecans in a medium bowl.
  5. Sprinkle with the remaining pecans.
  6. Serve with the cracker chips for dipping.
