  • cups broccoli florets 
  • 0.1 cup chicken stock see 
  • tablespoon chili paste depending on your taste pref 
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper red crushed
  • cloves garlic thinly sliced
  • 0.3 cup spring onion sliced
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground ginger 
  • tablespoon hoisin sauce 
  • tablespoon soy sauce low sodium
  • tablespoon olive oil 
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  •  chicken breast halves boneless skinless cut into 1 inch strips
