  • 0.3 cup vermouth dry
  •  garlic clove pressed
  • cups half-and-half 
  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper 
  • teaspoon salt 
  • oz swiss cheese shredded

  4. Add cheese; reduce heat to low, and simmer, whisking constantly, 1 minute or until cheese is melted and sauce is smooth.
  5. Remove from heat, and use immediately.
