Directions

  1. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Coat pan with cooking spray.
  2. Sprinkle fish evenly with salt and pepper.
  3. Add fish to pan; cook 4 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork or until desired degree of doneness.
  4. Combine Basic Marinara and rind in a microwave-safe bowl; microwave at HIGH 3 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
  5. Serve with fish and lemon wedges, if desired.
