  • 0.8 cup bell pepper strips red ( 1 small pepper)
  • tablespoon sriracha (such as Lee Kum Kee)
  • teaspoons sesame oil dark
  • 0.3 cup less-sodium chicken broth fat-free
  • 0.8 cup diagonally cut green onions (2-inch) ( 4 green onions)
  • teaspoon bottled ground ginger fresh (such as Spice World)
  • pound pork tenderloin trimmed cut into 2-inch strips
  • 1.5 tablespoons soya sauce low-sodium
  • tablespoon peanut butter 
  • ounces soba noodles uncooked (buckwheat)

Directions

  1. Cook noodles according to package directions.
  2. Drain and rinse with cold water; drain.
  3. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add pork, chili garlic sauce, and ginger to pan; stir-fry for2 minutes.
  5. Add bell pepper to pan; stir-fry 2 minutes.
  6. Add broth, soy sauce, and peanut butter to pan. Reduce heat to low; cook for 1 minute or until sauce is slightly thick. Stir in onions.
