- 0.3 cup mint leaves fresh chopped
- 1 juice of lemon juiced
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 onion diced finely
- 1 cup parsley chopped
- 4 servings salt to taste
- 5 tomatoes diced
- 0.5 cup water boiling
