Ingredients

  • tablespoon chili powder 
  • 6-inch corn tortillas ()
  • pound flank steak trimmed thinly sliced
  • tablespoons cilantro leaves fresh chopped
  •  garlic cloves minced
  • tablespoon juice of lime fresh
  • 2.5 teaspoons olive oil 
  • 1.5 cups onion thinly sliced ( 1 medium)
  • 1.5 cups bell pepper red thinly sliced ( 1 medium)
  • 0.8 teaspoon salt 
  • tablespoons cup heavy whipping cream fat-free sour

Equipment

  • grill pan

Directions

  1. Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat. Coat pan with cooking spray.
  2. Add bell pepper to pan, and cook 4 minutes.
  3. Add onion to pan, and saut 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
  4. Place pepper mixture in a large bowl; cover and keep warm.
  5. Add beef to pan; cook 7 minutes or until desired degree of doneness.
  6. Add to pepper mixture.
  7. Add chili powder, juice, oil, salt, and garlic to bowl; toss to coat.
  8. Heat tortillas according to package directions. Spoon steak mixture evenly over 8 tortillas. Top each taco with about 1 teaspoon cilantro and 2 1/4 teaspoons sour cream.
