  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper black
  •  chicken breast halves 
  • pounds chicken leg quarters 
  • tablespoon ginger fresh grated peeled
  •  garlic cloves minced
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cardamom 
  • 0.1 teaspoon ground cloves 
  • teaspoons ground coriander seeds 
  • tablespoon ground cumin 
  • 0.3 teaspoon ground pepper red
  • tablespoons juice of lemon 
  •  lemon wedges 
  • 0.7 cup yogurt plain low-fat
  • tablespoon paprika 
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Combine the first 13 ingredients in a large zip-top plastic bag; seal bag, and shake to coat. Marinate in refrigerator for 2 hours, turning bag occasionally.
  2. Remove the chicken from bag, discarding the marinade.
  3. Preheat oven to 50
  4. Place chicken on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray; sprinkle with salt.
  5. Bake at 500 for 25 minutes or until done.
  6. Serve with lemon wedges; garnish with parsley, if desired.
