  • pound chicken tenderloins dry
  • ounces feta cheese sliced
  • tablespoons cilantro leaves fresh finely chopped
  • tablespoons mint leaves fresh finely chopped
  • tablespoon garlic minced
  • tablespoon ginger minced
  • tablespoon ground coriander 
  • tablespoon ground cumin 
  • teaspoon kosher salt 
  • medium garlic-flavored naan breads plain
  • 0.5 cup thinly slivered onion red
  • 0.5 cup nonfat yogurt plain
  • medium tomatoes sliced
  • 0.3 teaspoon turmeric 
  • tablespoons vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Whisk together yogurt, seasonings, and oil in a medium bowl.
